As was already mentioned here and elsewhere though, it could use a high pass. Overall though, it sounds very good. Congrats! :DAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07056776728170540545noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2345803327826459813.post-64841785545015112212015-03-26T09:55:19.601-07:002015-03-26T09:55:19.601-07:00I agree completely, Ed - I always reach for De-ess...I agree completely, Ed - I always reach for De-esser when I use my condenser, and I can already see that I'll be reaching for Selig Leveler with the ribbon as well. Such amazing tools.

I think the ribbon will be perfect for those times when I want to sound like I've sampled myself singing in a 1930s club. Which, I want to do more often than not. :)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15563471576097420401noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2345803327826459813.post-62500142753216646892015-03-26T08:40:19.297-07:002015-03-26T08:40:19.297-07:00It seems the Ribbon mic controls the plosives and ...It seems the Ribbon mic controls the plosives and Sss much better than the Condenser. The breaths do sound more natural with the Ribbon. There's a bit more air with the Condenser, making things a bit more clear, but it comes with the added slight sibilance. Nothing the good 'ol Selig De-esser can't take care of though. While the Ribbon provides more control on sibilance and such, Edcasthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04772064916914646702noreply@blogger.com
